FAQs

You probably have a lot of questions. They are best answered by a conversation with one of us. We like human to human conversations. But here's a starter.

Good news! Shipping is now free to the lower 48 US states, with a few caveats. (see below)

Free shipping will be "self-offload" from a place accessible by a 72 foot semi truck. That means you either hand-offload each piece, or provide a machine capable of lifting your kits. Weights each packet vary between 850lbs and 4200lbs.

For an extra fee of $800, we'll provide a truck with an off-road forklift or crane to put kit(s) as close as possible to your build site, still wrapped up in it's weather resistant tarps.

*For addresses outside the Contiguous US (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories) or water-access-only locations, shipping costs will be calculated based on location and accessibility. Please let us know if this applies to your situation, and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

If you live in Alaska, we are currently scheduling shipments for "breakup" (when the stuff melts an you can build things). Exact timelines TBD and there will likely be a little extra cost.

We love answering questions. A phone call is usually worth 100 emails, so don't be shy. Give us a ring.
